Hey y’all, I’m Delise Nix—a hardcore Georgia Dawg lunatic, college football junkie, former student-athlete, and the woman behind She Runs the Field.

Georgia football has my heart, but I’m here for the whole damn mess of college football—the rivalries, traditions, and trash talk. Give me the tailgates, big personalities, bad decisions, and everything else that turns Saturdays into a full-blown event.

I created She Runs the Field because I wanted my own place to talk sports in my own voice. No stiff sports-desk talk, no recycled opinions, and no pretending I don’t have one. Just real football, strong opinions, Southern humor, and plenty of personality.
